Make sure you print as much proof as you can find ASAP and as mentioned before, get yourself a good divorce lawyer, a custody lawyer, take your daughter with you, and contact CPS so that you can make sure your baby stays with you. I don't know what the law states about that, but the very first thing you can do (before even contacting an attorney) is call the police dept. to ask about it.
