Priest Abuse and Clergy Sexual Abuse Information

I found pornographic pictures of my soon to be ex wife and one of her lover’s met on the internet. I found out that whenever I was on my business trip the guy was sleeping in our bed with our daughter and my wife. Also I found out posts between them on myspace that they were doing "house play" and performing "CPR" and our daughter was giving them "dirty looks". Also my daughter is doing moves like she is copulating whenever she mentions mommy and tries to kiss me like an adult woman (my D is 2 years and 6mos old). We live apart right after I found out what has hap pend. My question is was that a form of sexual abuse towards my D from the law point of view. ?
I am suspecting along with her sister who told me that that my soon to be ex wife is Borderline with other traits. So far I got granted with temprorary protection order from her. I have temprorary custody over our daughter. The problem is that I do not have money for the good attorney . Also I am being stuck in a way that I do not have close relatives (I am from Europe living in USA). My goodness I feel like I am screwed:(.

It probably wont qualify as sexual abuse, but it does prove how unfit a mother your soon to be ex-wife can be. Make sure you print as much proof as you can find ASAP and as mentioned before, get yourself a good divorce lawyer, a custody lawyer, take your daughter with you, and contact CPS so that you can make sure your baby stays with you.
