(I am aware that I don’t have a strong chance at winning, but I am pursuing anyways)
Would I most likely be carrying out these charges with a lawyer in a typical court room (minus a jury)?
the criminal and civil cases will be held seperately. and yes, i assume they would be in a court room. i dont see why they woudnt’.
