Why 2-year average from false domestic violence allegation to false child sexual abuse allegation?

September 11th, 2009

In 25 years, it’s been noted by attorneys representing fathers trying to get their visitation rights enforced that on average, it takes two years to progress from an initial disproven allegation of Domestic Violence, to a disproven allegation of child abuse, to finally an allegation of child sexual abuse. Of which only 3% are found to be valid. Why the same repeated pattern?

Yes, I know that some will claim that the other 97% likely just hid it better. But, I know from experience as a Court Watcher, that I didn’t abuse all the children mothers claimed I did when they would point to me, or another male Court Watcher, and say one of us were doing the child with the father.
SuperFreak,
How does a condom prevent pregnancy when the woman can still impregnate herself, or a friend, with it, than file for child support? A Florida Doctor learned that the hard way. His appeal was denied, but he was allowed to move forward with a damage suit, if he can win, and later collect on it.

what?

where’d you pull those statistics from??

if men would take the time to get to know a woman before knocking her up, you’d know she was crazy beforehand and at least used a damn condom. get over yourself.
