the judgement has fallen for Roberto Antonini
the paternal grandfather of the two belgian children
accused for presumed sexual violence
towards her elder grandaughter, and pedo-pornography
as announced by Carlo taormina
lawyer of maria pia maoloni, the mother of both children.
on december 15th the crown court of Mons (belgium)
rejected the accusations on this man
which had been formulated by Ms Maoloni
but the prosecutor of Fermo (Italy) Piero baschieri
expressed opposition by sending him back to justice
Antonini with this new decision could be charged
in Italy from july 08th
and he would go from accused to guilty
a frist victory for Maria Pia maoloni
it’s a victory, but especially it represents
the beginning of a hope in justice
the Italian justice, who wants to discover the truth
and bring light in this case ยป
a bitter truth still remains
Maria Pia has not been given right to see her children since 700 days
nore speak to them on the phone
since 700 days I have had no news of my children
the Belgian authorities won’t even let me hear them on the phone
I asked for these communications to be done on speakers
I also asked to meet them in a protected establishment
to reassure belgian authorities
If they want special measures, we can find them
I’m not speaking in my interest
Of course I’m a mother, I suffer
But I speak especially for my children
I wonder what they are feeling
What must they think, that I have abandooned them?
One can’t erase a mother from her children’s life
