		<description>&lt;b&gt;Except for the wind ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Except for the wind, which was louder than the voices of the Diocesan Representatives present, this is excellent.  From what I could gather, their comments reflect typical response from authority and certainly indicate reluctance to adopt their own policies.  They could care less about the children, now adults, whose lives have been shattered.</description>
