Public castration would be one way to curb the problem. They are almost always repeat offenders and never stop.

You cannot reassign priest that abuse children.
I found it interesting that the word 'Priest' is never used in describing a potential child abuser.
Hell no. Let him go get a buttload where he belongs – with the rest of the criminals.
